On Tuesday, November 16, from 1-2 pm ET, LTQA and ATI Advisory held a launch event to mark the release of new insights and policy recommendations from over two years of qualitative and quantitative research on non-medical benefits in Medicare Advantage. Publications include a Progress Report, providing the latest research on the landscape of supplemental benefits, and a Policy Brief, outlining administrative policy opportunities for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Featuring panelists Kelly Cronin (Administration for Community Living), Katherine Peters (Centene Corporation), and Andy Friedell (healthAlign), the event explored opportunities and challenges to improve delivery of these important benefits in Medicare Advantage.
