Join Bipartisan Policy Center and Long-Term Quality Alliance on June 20 for two expert panel discussions on the integration of health care delivery to better meet patients’ health and socio-economic needs. The first panel will focus on BPC’s efforts to identify the barriers to coordination of medical and non-medical services within Medicare and Medicaid, and explore ways the integration of these services could improve the delivery of care to high-needs patients. The second panel will highlight the Long-Term Quality Alliance’s work on identifying components for the successful integration of long-term services and supports.  Register here.
