Member Roundtable: Measuring and Monitoring Access and Adequacy of the Direct Care Workforce, Part 1

Event Date: April 12, 2023

LTQA is conducting an initial exploratory research study with the Community Living Policy Center (CLPC) at Brandeis University, supported by the Administration for Community Living (ACL). The goal of this study is to assess the current landscape of existing and potential data sources to measure and monitor access and adequacy of the direct care workforce and to develop actionable recommendations. This LTQA Member Roundtable explored what measures are currently being used and what measures should be developed to monitor access and adequacy of the direct care workforce.
