On Tuesday, September 26, the Senate unanimously passed S. 870, the Creating High-Quality Results and Outcomes Necessary to Improve Chronic (CHRONIC) Care Act of 2017.  The CHRONIC Care Act has been supported by both Republican and Democratic members of the Senate Finance Committee, including Committee Chairman Orrin Hatch (R-UT).  A press release regarding CHRONIC can be found here: https://www.finance.senate.gov/chairmans-news/senate–unanimously-passes-chronic-care-act.
